We offer our clients a cost-free basic cost/benefit analysis of preventive maintenance. We consider the number of molds our clients have, their age, type and material, the parts produced per minute (PPM), etc. to provide an accurate picture of potential cost savings through preventive maintenance
We can develop a preventive maintenance plan with a detailed schedule, considering our client's production needs, ensuring that cost is optimized. We ensure production halts are scheduled and have minimal impact, hence heavily reducing the cost of future corrective maintenance needs
We provide preventive maintenance services through cleaning, inspecting, repairing, polishing and replacing parts when necessary
We can perform preventive maintenance within our facilities or in our client facilities, adapting to our clients specific needs
Whether a part of a mold is broken, or the parts produced show concerning signs (flash, burns...), we can support the diagnostic and corrective action to fix the mold's problem.
Upon notification of an issue, we respond within 24h, attending the client facilities as needed to identify the problem as soon as possible and trace a corrective action plan.
Whether a new feature is added, or a modification is needed to improve the mold's performance, we are capable of performing almost any type of modification and upgrades to existing molds
Through our 3D scanning tools, we can digitalize existing molds with precision, allowing us to machine additional parts efficiently and effectively.
