Girona Design Center was born in 2002 by Toni Moreno and Ferran Hoath, two engine enthusiasts. Initially the company works for the motorcycle sector, offering design, prototypes and mold making, boosting the idea of product creation "keys in hand".
Over time, Girona Design Center adopts commitments with different manufacturers of the European Community, consolidating itself in the market. At the moment it has diversified its products as well as the sectors of the same, coming to export outside the borders of the European Economic Community (CEE).
Our engineering department collaborates closely in the development of the part contributing solutions to improve the performance of the mold and the quality of the piece.
We offer our clients prototypes in (Rapid prototyping), as well as mechanized prototypes, to achieve the maximum possible reality, both in forms and materials. We also offer prototype molds to be able to develop a mold-level part and minimize the economic impact on a high-production mold.
Girona Design Center offers our customers an integral "keys in hand" service that goes from concept to finished product "door to door", optimizing the design and production costs to the maximum.
Currently in Girona Design Center S.L., we manufacture molds for the industry in multidisciplinary sectors. These sectors are:
